The Showroom Benefit is the signature fundraising event for Oklahoma City Repertory Theater, celebrating the organization’s cultural impact and showcasing our exciting next steps.
This year’s event recognizes Inua Ellams – internationally recognized poet and playwright – who kicked off OKC Rep’s 2022 Spring Reboot Season with his performance of AN EVENING WITH AN IMMIGRANT.
The Showroom Benefit guests have the option of purchasing tickets to an exclusive performance of Inua Ellams’s newest solo show:

Inua Ellams (AN EVENING WITH AN IMMIGRANT) returns to Oklahoma City for a chaotic,audience-led poetry event to benefit OKC Rep. Prompted by audience suggestions, Ellams will search through his extensive archive of work and perform a reactive and spontaneous selection.
Each show is unique and special.The event will also include booze, bites, a raffle, silent auction, and some fun surprises! All proceeds support our mission to make the highest quality theater in Oklahoma City at the most accessible prices.
