2022-2023 sponsorship levels

​

Season Sponsorships: $25,000-$75,000
Season Sponsorships of all levels receive prominent recognition throughout the 2022-2023 season on all marketing and promotional assets including: posters, bi-monthly newsletters, OKC Rep’s website, press releases, and all brochures and postcards mailed to curated list of more than 5,000 Oklahoma City-based arts and culture patrons.

 

Additional benefits for each tier are bulleted below and include benefits curated for you and your organization, special ticket groupings, special event invites, and exclusive events with artists.

Season Sponsorship - $75,000
Prominent community recognition, benefits & VIP happenings detailed above, plus:
• Full-Page Ad in all playbills
• Spoken recognition in all curtain speeches and special event toasts
• 10 tickets to each production and presentation (50 tickets total)
• Meet and greet with the creative teams of all productions and presentations and receive a signed poster from each
 

Presentation Sponsorship - $50,000
Prominent community recognition, benefits & VIP happenings detailed above, plus:
• Full-Page Ad in all playbills
• Spoken recognition in all curtain speeches and special event toasts
• 5 tickets to each presentation (10 tickets total)
• Meet and greet with the creative team of the presentation and receive a signed poster from the presentation
 

Production Sponsorship - $25,000
Prominent community recognition, benefits & VIP happenings detailed above, plus:
• Half-Page Ad in all playbills
• Spoken recognition in all curtain speeches and special event toasts
• 5 Opening Night tickets to sponsored production, plus 10 additional tickets to use at selected performances of the production
• Meet and greet with the creative team of the production and receive a signed poster from the production

Artistic Sponsorships: $2,500-$10,000
Artistic Sponsorships of all levels receive community recognition throughout the 2022-2023 season on: OKC Rep’s website, newsletters, all playbills, plus these level-tailored benefits bulleted below:

Cast Sponsor - $10,000
• 4 Opening Night tickets followed by a reception for all productions and presentations (20 total tickets)
• Meet and greet with the cast and creative team for one show of your choice and receive a signed poster

Director Sponsor - $5,000
• 4 Opening Night tickets to all productions + 2 Opening Night tickets to all presentations (16 total tickets) followed by a reception
• One signed poster from the production of your choice

Designer Sponsor - $2,500
• 2 Opening Night tickets to all productions and presentations followed by a reception (10 total tickets)
• One signed design rendering from a production of your choice

Individual Sponsorships: $500 - $1,000
