Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and Tony Award for Best Play. A brilliant but unstable mathematician dies, leaving behind years worth of scribbled-in notebooks and a daughter with deteriorating mental health. His former student, Hal, finds a revolutionary mathematical proof among the notes, setting off a debate about its authorship. Was it the genius of the father or the daughter that could change the entire field? PROOF is a thrilling exploration of the elusive nature of truth.
