We are currently seeking full-time employment for the following positions:
The General Manager position will work with the Artistic Director to help build the next phase of Oklahoma City Repertory Theater. This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious and energetic collaborator with an entrepreneurial spirit who combines a passion for the performing arts with significant, relevant experience in supporting the operational aspects of a not-for-profit arts organization. The General Manager will be a key member of the small and dynamic team. Reporting to the Artistic Director, this position provides strategic thinking, is responsible for the contracting of artists, and leads administrative operations for a producing theater.
The Production Manager position will work with the Artistic Director to oversee creative teams and all aspects of the production process. The ideal hire is a flexible problem-solver who is willing to brainstorm creative strategies and solutions for theatrical productions. The Production Manager will be a key member of the small and dynamic team. Reporting to the Artistic Director, this position will oversee and support technical and creative aspects of all productions, collaborate with directors and designers to manage the scale and complexity of productions within budget, and will manage scheduling, contracts, budgets, overhire labor, and any other production needs.
